Tomas Anderkvist obtained his first Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) from the University of Southern California School of Dentistry in 1991. He went on to earn a second DDS from Caroline Institute in Stockholm, Sweden. In 1994, Tomas Anderkvist, DDS, earned his Advanced Specialty degree in Prosthodontics from the University of Southern California School of Dentistry, an area of expertise that encompasses cosmetic dentistry, full mouth rehabilitation, TMJ disorders, implants, and crowns and bridges. Prosthodontics comprises one of the nine dental specializations recognized by the American Dental Association.

As a leading dentist who has been in private practice since 1995, Tomas Anderkvist, DDS, currently maintains membership with the American Dental Association, the California Dental Association, and the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry.
